Imphal, March 28: A consultative meeting of all Christian leaders of the Chandel District Christian Forum, an apex body of all the Christian denominations of the district and REACH-M was held today at Nungourock in Pallel in connection with abduction of German National, Heinrich Wolfgang by KLA militants on March 23.The meeting made a fervent appealed to the outfit for safe and unconditional release of Wolfgang immediately.

The Kuki Mothers Association Manipur (KMA) in a press release has also appealed to the Kuki Liberation Army for the safe and unconditional release, of Heinrich Wolfgang, the German National who was abducted last Sunday, on humanitarian grounds.

Condemning and terming the abduction incident as a crime against humanity, KMA release also asserted that abduction of a foreign national who had come to Manipur for carrying out developmental works is against the principles of Christianity.
