Imphal, December 08: While the State Government has decided to allow the Apunba Lup to go ahead and observe the International Human Rights Day on December 10, it has nonetheless forbidden the proposed public rally on the said date.

An official circular issued by the District Magistrate of Imphal West today said that apart from banning public rally, no public meeting will be allowed at THAU ground or Hapta Kangjeibung though a meeting may be held at GM Hall or any other such hall.
