Imphal, February 02: For the third phase polling, 21 more candidates filed their nomination papers to their respective ROs today.

Athuan Abonmei (Ind) of Tamei A/C, Kammilun Gangte (LJS) of Tamenglong A/C and Khamkhogin Thangjom (Ind/LJS) of Nungba A/C filed their nominations papers at Imphal today.

Others who filed their nomination papers today include Selkai Hrangchal (NCP) and Ngursanglur (RJD) in Tipaimukh A/C, Songchinkhup (PDA), John K Ngaihte (INC) and Helien Kipgen (Ind) in Thanlon A/C, Ngulkhothang (Ind) in Henglep A/C, Phungzathang Tonsing (INC) in Churachandpur A/C, Dr Jainson Haokip (MPP) and Ngamkholun (BJP) in Saikot A/C, Thangliankhup (SP) and Thangso Baite (INC) in Singhat A/C.In Chandel A/C, BD Behring (Ind) and Francis Huten (Ind) have filed their nomination papers.

Elangbam Dipti (Ind), Thoudam Debendra (INC), Ch Engmoi (Ind), Thokchom Gokulananda (Ind) and Md Abdul Jabbar (RJD) also filed their nomination papers in Jiribam A/C.P Tonsing (INC) and Dr Jainson Haokip (MPP) re-submitted their nominations today after after filing their papers yesterday.
