Imphal, October 26 2009: The other suspected underground cadres killed by Imphal west police commandos at Kamong Yengoubung under Lamshang police station on October 23 has been identified today as Thangjam Shitaranjan (30) son of Th Yaima of Ningel Bazar resided at a rented house at Heirok Part-III .

Mention may be made that one of the men killed together with him at the same spot had already identified as precious stone merchant and received by the family on the next of killing of them.

According to the family, he had five children (four sons and a daughter) and earning livelihood by working day to day available work.

He left home some five day back for searching work.

Unable to trace out his whereabouts after he failed to back home from that day, family today turned up at the RIMS morgue where they found him as dead body.
