Imphal, February 02 2009: The man who was found killed by hitting with a blunt weapon has been identified today as Laishram Sharatchandra alias Ibomcha (28) son of late Ibochouba of Manyang Langjing who was abducted by some unknown on the night before his dead body was recovered from a place at Sangaithel foothill yesterday.

The family is yet to know the behind the murder of Sharatchandra.

The identities of one of the two suspected militants killed by the troops of the 29 AR at Laibi village under Moreh police station of Chandel district has been established today as Soibam Mocha (22) son of Mobi of Bashikhong Kongba Irong.

According to the family, he had gone out some six month back to join KYKL.

The dead body has been handed over to the family after postmortem at RIMS morgue.

The identity of the other person killed together with him is yet to establish and lying at RIMS morgue.

The identity of another man who was killed by the AR at a place under Chakpikarong police station also lying without identified.
