Imphal, June 11 2009: Agitation demanding the release of students detained under NSA has continued at various places in the state.

The Kwakeithel Moirang Purel Apunba Meira Paibee, Kangbam Leikai Apunba Nupee Marup, Thangmeiband Apunba Meira Paibee Lup, Thangmeiband Sinam Leikai Apunba Nupee Lup, Thoubal Kiyam Siphai Khundongbam Leikai Meira Paibee Lup, students of Little Star English School, Thoubal Haokha Maning Leikai Meira Paibee Lup, Chanam Sandrok Apunba Meira Paibee Lup, Keirao Wangkhem Apunba Meira Paibee Lup, Langdum Apunba Nupee Lup, Khannarok Apunba Nupee Lup, Keirao Bitra Apunba Meira Paibee, Irilbung High School have staged sit in protest at different places of the state today.

The sit in protests demanded unconditional release of the students who were detained under NSA in connection with the killing of Prof Islamuddin at MU last month.
