Imphal, October 01 2009: The proscribed 'Military Council' of the KCP has owned responsibility for the bomb attack on Langol View clinic for the challenge posed by the proprietor of the clinic to the 'regulation'.

A statement issued by IPR officer of KCP (MC), Puranthaba also warned of launching attack on all hospitals in Imphal if they fail to strictly follow the 'rules.' The statement also informed that its former 'comrade' Tamnganba, the outfit's former IPR officer, has been relieved from the outfit on health ground.

Saying that the outfit has no relation with him any further, it informed all concerned to contact the outfit through email kcpmc [email protected] in case he is found involved in any work related with the outfit.

Meanwhile, the outfit also denied involvement in the abduction of a professor of CAU.
