Imphal, November 18 2009: The underground KCP (MC) has refuted the charges leveled against the outfit by KLO/KLA that there is faction in the party while terming the charges as baseless.

A statement issued by the information and public relations officers of KCP (MC), Puranthaba asserted that the KLO/KLA was hurling the fabricated charges in order to shield its faults.

It stated that nobody needs to be informed about who the KLO/KLA were and their relations with the security forces.

It stated that the KLO/KLA were agents of the security forces.

Saying that the outfit has nothing to do than eliminating anyone going with its enemy and anyone who tries to disintegrate the outfit, the statement contended that the KLA deputy chief Thangboi was awarded fitting punishment according to his misdeeds.

Meanwhile, the KCP MC has banned any negotiation with EE of LDA, Ibopishak.

It alleged that the EE and Director of the LDA have practiced nepotism in distributing facilities for residents of Loktak Lake area while also charging that the rights of the poor people have been violated by the EE.
