Imphal, June 19 2009: The two dead bodies which were killed in an encounter with 29 AR at Lakchao Nala Track Junction under Moreh PS of Chandel district on June 13 last, were disposed today as unclaimed body as no one came to identified the bodies.

Another dead body found at the bank of Tumsi river near Molhoubhai of Tuilelong village in Churachandpur district with knife wounds over his body was also disposed today as unclaimed body by the IMC.

Meanwhile, dead bodies of two suspected UGs gunned down by 29 AR at Bengali village under Tengnoupal PS on June 13 last and one dead body which was shot dead by Thoubal district Police Commandos in an encounter at Hayel last night are lying still unidentified in the RIMS mortuary.

The two bodies of suspected UGs gunned down by 29 AR will be disposed off if no one claim them by 2 pm tomorrow, said a statement of Tengnoupal PS.

On the other hand the dead body which was shot dead in an encounter with Thoubal district Police Commandos wore camouflage pant and shoes and a greenish t-shirt.

The body is slim and wheatish in colour and aged about 27 years.

He looks like Meetei.

Three bullet wounds were found in his belly and head.
