Imphal, January 05 2008: WITH THE establishments of identities of three dead bodies slain in the hands of the government forces, families have expressed suspicion of killing them by the security forces in encounters today.

The identities of two other youth found killed by unknowns at Koutruk under Lamshang police station also established today.

Of the two killed by the Bishnupur police commandos on December 2 last at Chothe Maring village, the dead body of one after identification of other one and remained lying as unclaimed body at RIMS morgue has been claimed by the family after identification.

According to the family, the slain man named Irengbam Kumar (25) son of Iboyaima of Kangvai Mayai Leikai was a brick mistry and survived by his wife and three children.

He failed to return back after going out from home in the morning of December 2, the day he was killed by the police commandos.

The identities of the two men gunned down by the police commandos at Ishok Ching under Nambol police station by a combined force of Imphal west commandos and troops of 12 Maratha Regiment yesterday were also established today and received by the respective families.

One of them was identified as Sorokkhaibam Nehru (48) son of S Ibohal of Charangpat Mayai Leikai.

He was a contractor and have two daughters, the family said alleging that he was rounded up yesterday morning from Wangjing area.

The other man killed together with him was identified as Khagenbam Priyokumar.

Meanwhile, names of the two persons abandoned after shooting to dead at Lamshang Koutruk village were also established today as Khaidem Nipamacha (31) son of Kh Nimai of Phumlou Awang Leikai and Chingdam Noaba (18) son of Ch Jiban of same locality with the former.

According to the Naoba's family, he had been called out by one Nipamacha with his three local friends who were later released after beaten up.

The family did not know the motive behind the killing.
