Imphal, January 11 2009: WITH THE established of the identities of the three persons killed by the government forces yesterday at different places, families of those killed at Wabagai Buffalo farm alleged that the two were killed after apprehended by the security forces.

The two persons slain in the hand of the Thoubal police commando in what they said in encounter were identified as Laishram Boyai alias Tony (27) son of late L Shyamkesho of Sekmaijin Khoidum and Thingujam Jiten alias Khumancha (30), son of Yaima of Thoubal Kiyam Siphai.

Family of the Jiten said that their son was picked up along with Boyai from Thoubal Leishangthem Kelikhong at around 10 am while according to the family of Boyai, he had left home some four year back and never return back.

The dead bodies have been received by the respective families after postmortem at RIMS morgue today.

The man slain in the hand of the combined force of Imphal west police commandos and troops of Maratha Li at Samurou has been identified as Iliyas Khan (19) son of Abdul Halim of Yairipok Tulihal.

As stated by the family, Aliyas was a worker of the MLA Meghachandra and staying in his quarter.

He had eloped a girl and getting ready for performing marriage ceremony.

Police handed over the dead body to the family today after performing postmortem.
