Imphal, December 20: Hunger striker Irom Sharmila who was shifted to Ram Manohar Lohia hospital from AIIMS has been put in the Intensive Care Unit of the hospital.

According to information received from New Delhi, saline injection is being administered to the lone crusader against the inhuman Armed Forces (Special Power) Act 1958.However, Sharmila is still refusing nose feeding.

On the other hand, the PIL filed by Sharmila's elder brother Singhajit at the Delhi High Court has been dismissed consequent upon the shifting of Sharmila from AIIMS to RML Hospital.
