Imphal, August 23 2009: KCP (MC) has clarified that it was not involved in the grenade attack on Chamber of Commerce Hospital at Thangal Bazar that injured three persons including an eight-year old girl.

Maintaining that there were instances of hiring individuals by making tempted to money by security forces, a press statement issued by its Military Affairs secretary Lanheiba Meitei said that these are the ploys of the security forces to suppress the revolutionary movement.

Saying that hiring of non-revolutionary individuals by paying money to carry out activities shows the lack of courage of the outfits, Lanheiba Meitei asserted that KCP (MC) had never indulged in such tactics.

The statement urged to honestly support morally if any security personnel wishes to co-operate with the revolutionary movement but not to act as a hired man, which only shows the moral degradation of being a security personnel.
