Dimapur, October 19 2008: Four days after abducting him from Dimapur, the lifeless body of Prasanjit Dhar, a business from Dimapur was found from Khatkhati area in the Assam-Nagaland border today.

Prasanjit Dhar was taken away at gun point by five identified persons that include three non-Nagas from the businessman's house located at Lhumti colony in Dimapur at around 7 am on Thursday, according to reports.

Reports said that intensive search operations have carried out by police.

Family sources of the deceased said that the kidnappers did not ask nor hinted for any sort of ransom for the release of Prasanjit.

Inspite of the police stringent move to rescue the Dimapur businessman, the dead body of Prasanjit was found dumped in a place this morning with the victim's throat slit.
