Imphal, October 10: Meira Paibis of Thangmeiband DM College Gate today staged a sit in protest at the western gate of the DM College demanding a clarification from the State Govt as well as the Govt of India on the applicability of cease fire in Manipur.

The protest was organized by five meira paibi organizations of Thangmeiband.

During the protest Meira paibis not only torched an Indian map without the NE States portion but also displayed placards demanding for immediate resignation of CM O Ibobi and his Cabinet Ministers on moral ground for acting against the wishes of the people.
