KSDO, NAPSA win in MNCA Plate Tournament

Imphal, December 02 2024: KSDO, Kiyamgei and NAPSA, Kha Imphal scripted victories against their respective opponents in league matches of the 9th MNCA Plate Tournament 2024-25 on Monday.

At Public Ground, Khangabok Part-Ill, KSDO defeated NCA, Ningthoukhong by 5 wickets.

Bobby Yumnam's 50 along with Rk Rojeeson (29 runs) helped NCA score 147/9 in 35 overs as KSDO's Lakimbur claimed four NCA scalps.

KSDO batters overhauled the target in 33.1 overs for the loss of five wickets riding on identical 32 runs by Nawaz Sharif and Md Washim.

Meanwhile, NAPSA outplayed IBSA, Yumnam Leikai by 9 runs at Lairenjam Public Ground after amassing 130 in 33.2 overs on the batting prowess of Y Bijaykaran (29 runs), and N Bipin and A Premananda (23 each) .

P Boney with 4 wickets emerged as the star bowler of IBSA.

However, IBSA batters fared miserably to be bundled out for 121 in 29.2 overs.

T Dhanakuber (3 wickets), Y Rocky and N Bipin (2 wickets apiece) and S Albert with one wicket were the wreckers in chief.

N Bipin with 23 runs and two wickets was adjudged player of the match.
