Kabui Customary Council prays for peace

Imphal, November 27 2024: The Kabui Customary Council on Wednesday organised a customary "Raagang Jaang Ramei" event at Sawombung Kabui Khunjao to pray for peace and integrity of indigenous people of Manipur.

During the event, Kamson Gangmumei Kabui, president of Kabui Customary Council, carried out the "Yupan Thaba" ritual and prayed for restoration of peace in Manipur, said a release issued by Kabui Customary Council.

Members of Kabui Union Manipur, Kabui Women's Organisation, Kabui Customary Council, Kabui Students' Organisation and Kabui Youths along with Khulbu and Khullakpa from different Kabui villages attended the solemn event.
