SBI provides 20 bicycles to displaced students

Imphal, August 26 2024:
As part of its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) policy, State Bank of India (SBI) provided 20 bicycles to girl students affected by the ongoing violence and staying in relief camps.
SBI provided 20 bicycles to displaced girl students staying in the relief camps in Imphal West, Imphal East and Churachandpur districts to aid continuation of their education under Beti Bachab, Beti Padhao programme of the government.
SBI, Shillong module deputy general manager Samir Kant Jha distributed the bicycles to displaced girl students with the stated objective to help the studentsTeach their schools conveniently.
