Kakching, August 26 2024: Indian Medical Association (IMA) South East Manipur Branch conducted a Continuing Medical Education (CME) workshop on 'Routine immunization and Vaccine Preventable Disease (VPD) surveillance', 'Ante Natal Care (ANC) and registration' and 'Breastfeeding' at the auditorium of Jivan Hospital, Kakching.

The workshop was sponsored by WHO Manipur in connection with National Immunization Awareness Month and World Breastfeeding Month.

The workshop was graced by Dr N Nanakishor, gynaecologist and retd CMO Chandel and Dr Y Manichandra, paediatrician and retd Addl Director, Health as the presidium members.
