Imphal, September 10 2015 :
The three-month IIFCL-NSTFDC skill upgradation and economic empowerment of tribal handloom tribal artisans of NE States, organised by Indian Institute of Entrepreneurship, has come to an end at DIC, Imphal East complex today.
Speaking at the closing function as chief guest, Manipur Rural Bank, Imphal chairman Prasana Bal said that the 25 tribal women participants of the training programme must try to change the theories imparted by experts into practical to earn their livelihood.
Directorate of Commerce and Industries Assistant Director (Handloom) Th Rebika and IIE Guwahati project officer Hemanta Rabha also attended the closing function.
