Imphal, August 08 2020: Personnel of CDO Imphal West seized huge quantities of Indian-made foreign liquor yesterday from the house of one Thongam Mema Devi of Thongju Part-II.

The seized liquor included 5 (750 ml) bottles of VAT 69, 5 (750 ml) bottles of BP, 3 (375 ml) bottles of BP, 1 (750 ml) bottle of Signature, 18 (750 ml) bottles of MacDowells, 22 (375 ml) bottles of MacDowells, 38 (180 ml) bottles of MacDowells, 15 (750 ml) bottles of OC Blue, 22 (375 ml) bottles of OC Blue, 7 (750 ml) bottles of Royal Stag, 8 (750 ml) bottles of Old Monk and 14 (375 ml) bottles of Old Monk.

The seized liquor were disposed of on the spot in the presence of members of the house, said sources.
