Imphal, November 27 2024:
Traffic has resumed on National Highway-37 (Imphal-Jiribam) after six days and loaded trucks carrying petroleum products and essential commodities have reached Imphal.
The traffic on the NH-37 was disrupted after large boulders of rocks and debris falling from the hills blocked the road near Kotlien.
The boulders were cleared today morning for the traffic to resume.
This evening, 51 petrol tankers, 33 diesel tankers, 5 BPCL takers and 45 LPG bullet tankers trucks reached Imphal.
