Imphal, September 13: Thoubal district police commandos arrested one PREPAK cadre during a search operation conducted at Khangabok today.

The cadre has been identified as Moirangthem Nabachandra Singh alias Naba (50) s/o M Ibotombi of Khangabok Khunou Leikai, said a press release of Thoubal SP.

Based on specific information, troops of 31 AR arrested two Myanmarese nationals alongwith around 600 gm unprocessed heroine while they were trying to cross Moreh Gate number 1 yesterday.

The individuals are identified as Tingsumiya (40) and Mounchiang (36) of Tamu.

Both the individuals were handed over to NCB, Moreh.
