Imphal, November 27 2024: Manipur Police arrested an active member of KCP (PWG) from Heibongpokpi Khoriphaba road, near Nambol Khoriphaba, Bishnupur district on November 25 .

The arrested person has been identified as Wairokpam Naoba Meitei (34) of Phoijing Teramakhong.

He was involved in extortion activities in Nambol area, said a release issued by Police Control Room on Tuesday, adding that a two-wheeler and a mobile phone were seized from the possession of Naoba.
