Aid extended to flood-hit villagers

Imphal, August 20 2024:
Members of Indian Red Cross Society, Kakching District Branch led by secretary Kshetrimayum Dharmadas Singh visited the flood affected Khoidum villagers in Kakching district.
As per a release, houses of 60 families out of 200in Khoidum village have been inundated due to incessant rain.
During the visit, the members provided 25 mosquito nets and hygiene kits to the affected people who have shifted to safer locations and staying under tents distributed by the Society, it added.
