Imphal, June 19 2010:
Transporters' and Drivers' Council today said that passenger services within the state are face untold inconveniences in their service due to irrigular system of issuing fuel.
It said that the long gap in issuing of fuel to the passenger service buses for which drivers of the passenger services are made to spent nights at the oil stations has caused inconveniences in their service and buses failed to maintain their bus timing.
The Council has convened a meeting to discuss the arising issue will be convened on June 21 (Monday), the statement said informing its primary societies, associations' presidents and secretaries of passenger buses to attend the meeting.
