AR provides medical aid to snake bite victim

Imphal, September 07 2024:
The Assam Rifles Unit Hospital at the Keithalmanbi Garrison provided medical aid to H Amarjit Singh, a 40-year-old farmer, who was bitten by a snake on Wednesday evening while working in a paddy field in Khumbong, Imphal West.
Upon arrival at the hospital, the medical team promptly administered symptomatic treatment to stabilize him.
After receiving the necessary medical care, H Amarjit Singh's condition improved significantly.
He was closely monitored, and after confirming his condition had stabilized, he was discharged.
The swift and effective response ensured his safety and facilitated a speedy recovery, according to an IGAR (S) release.
