Indian Army celebrates 'Ngada Festival'

Imphal, November 27 2024: Indian Army celebrated the 'Ngada Festival' with the community at Indira Gandhi Hill Flower School (IGHFS), Mangkot Chepu, Litan in Ukhrul district along with assisting in organising the annual sports meet.

The event was attended by leaders from various civil society organisations (CSOs) and participated by school children from IGHFS, who displayed their enthusiasm and talent, contributing to the festive atmosphere, a release by PRO Defence said.

The PRO release informed that in a show of encouragement, Indian Army recognised the youth s contributions, motivating them to pursue personal growth and ambition.

The recognition aims to inspire the younger generation to excel in their pursuits while nurturing a sense of camaraderie and mutual respect, it added.
