Imphal, September 07 2024: Students' Union of Kangleipak (SUK) has informed that the final round of 10th SUK state level spelling competition-2024 and 'Kangleipak Pumbagi Taruk Lak Suba Ariba Manipuri Lol (Kanglei Lol) Gi Wahanthok Changdamna-ba-2024' scheduled for Sunday have been postponed until further official notice due to the present situation in the state.

In a release, SUK stated that 16 candidates will compete in category A of the spelling competition final round and 11 candidates in category B .

However, in the final round of 'Ariba Lol gi Wahanthok Changdamnaba', 13 candidates will compete.

The selected candidates for the final round can contact mobile nos.9366681838, 6009707445 or 6009686435 for more details, it added.

Meanwhile, the state level essay competition scheduled to be conducted on September 8 by Indian Medical Association, Manipur State Branch and All Manipur Recognised Private Welfare Association has also been postponed indefinitely due to the unrest in the state.

The association informed that a new date will be fixed for the competition.
