Thambal campaign launch, NPP office opened

Imphal, November 14 2021: Ex-MLA Th Shyamkumar has launched Thambal campaign ahead of the 2022 state assembly election in Andro assembly constituency on Sunday.

The campaign was flagged off from the ex-MLA's residence at Ngariyan foothills and later carried out house campaign in Angtha.

BJYM state .president M Barish Sharma and leaders as well as members of BJP Andro Mandal, BJYM Andro Mandal and Development Organisation Andro Kendra participated in the campaign.

At the event, Shyamkumar hailed the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and chief minister N Biren while appealing to the public to support BJP in the forthcoming election.

On the other-hand, National People's Party state general secretary (organisation) Sheikh Nurul Hassan inaugurated the party's offices at Kshetrigao Mayai Leikai and Kshetri Makha Leikai under Kshetrigao assembly constituency on Sunday.

Interacting with public at the events, Nurul Hassan, who would be contesting the 2022 election on NPP ticket, spoke about the party's position and commitment for the welfare of people of northeast region and its development.

Reiterating that NPP will play a major role in the formation of the next government, he urged the people of the constituency to support NPP in the 2022 state assembly election and contribute their mite in bringing development in the constituency.
