Kakching, November 27 2024: The Deputy Commissioner, Kakching has notified that the 'Draft Rules', which the Central Government proposes to make, under the section 44 of the Works of Defence Act, 1903 (7 of 1903), has been published for the information of all persons likely to be affected.

A release issued by Rohit Anand, DC of Kakching stated that the said draft rules will be taken into consideration by the Central Government after the expiry of thirty days from the date on which the copies of the notification is published in the Official Gazette which is made available to the public.

Any objections or suggestions, in connection with the draft rules may be addressed to the Director (Lands), Ministry of Defence, Room No 12-A, South Block, New Delhi-110011 .

The objections or suggestions received before the enquiry of the aforesaid period will only be considered by the Central Government, it said.
