Raman Vigyan Mandir, Kakching today organised a one day social service at Angaan Ching Eco Park, Kakching in support of Alliance for Development Alternatives, Manipur (ADAM)'s campaign for 'Green Kakching, Clean Kakching' .
The social service, joined by around 50 students of schools in and around Kakching was flagged off by Uttamkumar Naorem, chief editor, Image TV, Kakching in the presence of Mayanglambam Gourachandra, director, People's Museum from Irabot Park at 7 am, according to a statement issued by ADAM.
Similar programme was also organised by the volunteers of Naodam Keithel (Keithel Macha) on Dec 25 in support of ADAM's campaign wherein around 70 volunteers took part.
Appealing to the general public, particularly those residing in the nearby area, to help and support the developmental works at Angaan Ching Eco Park in making it an important biodiversity conservation and ecotourism centre, ADAM also urged the Govt to extend assistance towards the realisation of the cause.
