Imphal, October 15 2021: The district administration, Imphal West is providing an opportunity for the people to get vaccinated against COVID-19 at their door steps.

According to a notification issued by Imphal West DC Th Kirankumar, the facility is applicable to those who require 1st/2nd dose of Covid vaccine and a minimum of 10 persons should be vaccinated at each site.

For proposal, one can contact 7005923373 & 9362662670 on all days (9 am to 3 pm) or [email protected], the DC said and added that district administration would provide the scheduled date and time for the vaccination.

The notification also stated that valid IDs like driving licence, Passport, Aadhaar, voter ID, PAN cards of the beneficiaries are to be made available at the vaccination.

Mobile numbers of the beneficiaries are also required for registration and certificate, he added.
