Donation to CMRF

):Work-Charge Employees of Public Health Engineering Department (PHED) and MCS Officers of 2012 batch (direct recruit) donated Rs 1 lakh each to Chief Minister's Relief Fund (CMRF) to help flood affected people today .
In a solemn ceremony held at Chief Minister's Secretariat, the amounts were handed over to Chief Minister N Biren Singh .
On the other hand, monetary donations have also contributed through online transactions to the CMRF.
Various organisations and individuals have contributed Rs 26,601 through online donations from July 14 till date .
In this regard, all the online contributors are requested to send their name, online transaction number, amount and date to email: so that CM's Secretariat may issue acknowledgement notes to the individuals/organisations concerned .
The Forest Department, Government of Manipur has contributed Rs 6,44,764 to CMRF to help the flood victims in the recent spates of flood occurred in different parts of the State .
The cheque was handed over to Chief Minister N Biren Singh in the presence of Minister for Forest and Environment, Th Shyamkumar at a simple ceremony held at Chief Minister's Secretariat .
N Biren expressed his profound gratitude to the donors for their generosity to help the flood affected people.
