Clowning
Rojio Usham *
Let me jump up and down;
I got a puncture,
I hoped that I'd get here
without any mishap
Could do the same thing as the flow.
Following each and every clown;
But everyone was lost elsewhere,
It's a really friendly space.
I've got free food vouchers,
Isn't that a treat!
For being a clown
the only problem is
I don't want time
enough to eat.
I want to laugh,
And learn more than I know;
The workshop I don't want to miss
Has anybody seen my partner?
She's got the red nose.
I've met almost every other clown;
Except the camouflage one
And I'd swear that he left us.
I'm quite worn out, my dear.
But I love to laugh
and made you laugh.
The pain within
of the rhythmic boots rumbling
the rhythm of the gunshot,
the news of the tsunami,
The gang rape of a girl,
Crime continues
Corruption everywhere
And here we don't imitate
we react.
Everyone has failed to react like us,
making life more and more multifarious.
Warning woven into
the fabric of real life is an insight.
Healthier is a dish of fantasy
and a hearty appetite for life?
Than a feast of reality
And indigestion therewith.
