Pravabati College, Biramangol College win titles in Inter College Thang-Ta Competition

Imphal, February 08 2024: Pravabati College secured the men's title while Biramangol College claimed the women's crown in the Rajkumar Sanahal Singh Memorial Manipur University Inter College Thang-Ta Competition (M&W) 2023-24 hosted by TS Paul Manipur Women's College, Mongshangei, Imphal West.

In the men's Thang-Ta event, Pravabati College won three gold medals to emerge as the team champions as L Lenin, Century Heisnam and Y Deepak Singh clinched the yellow metal for their college.

Manipur University finished runners-up with two gold and three silver medals.

Biramangol College sealed the women's overall title by securing three gold medals.

Ch Divya Chanu, S Priyanka Devi and Priyanka Nongthombam were the gold medallists for the champions Biramangol College.

Mayai Lambi College bagged two gold medals for second place.

Moirang College, Biramangol College, Ng Mani College, Oriental College, Mayai Lambi College, Nambol Sanoi College, Pravabati College, Imphal College and Manipur University took part in the men's Thang-Ta event, while Moirang College, Biramangol College, S Kula Women's College, Mayai Lambi College, Kha Manipur College and Imphal College were the participants in the women's competition.
