Pink Foundation reaches out to conflict survivors

Providing a healing touch to those who have been left homeless in the wake of the present conflict, Pink Foundation, a non-profit initiative by Manipuri actor RK Sushant, distributed relief materials at the relief camps setup in Serou and Wangoo under Kakching district on F riday.
According to a release issued by Pink Foundation, over the last few years, the foundation has been helping the needy in terms of aids related to health, social welfare and during the Corona pandemic.
In continuation of this initiative, members of Pink Foundation visited the Wangoo LYC Club Relief Camp and Ema Nungthong Lairembee Relief Camp run by Social Welfare Club Serou and distributed relief materials like blankets, clothes and sanitary napkins.
Members of the Foundation also interacted with the conflict survivors and shared moments of love & support with them.
Also, the Foundation showed solidarity with Malem Thongam who is on a hunger strike demanding restoration of Peace in Manipur by visiting her at Porompat where she is continuing her protest.
RK Sushant, founder of Pink Foundation opined that in the midst of hardship and uncertainty, it's the warmth of human kindness that shines the brightest.
As the State is nurturing hopes and aspirations amidst the rubble, he recalled that it's in these moments of darkness that the light of compassion shines to illuminate everyone.
