Kidnapper's house dismantled

Imphal, April 01 2011:
The man behind the failed kidnapping of a boy at Wangkhem Huidrom Leikai under Yairipok PS has surrendered to 15 AR even as locals dismantled his house today.
Thirteen-year old, Huidrom Johnson of Wangkhem Huidrom Leikai, had escaped from his kidnappers who were attempting to take him away in a white Maruti van yesterday.
Locals alleged that Ajit had kidnapped the elder brother of Johnson, Kishan and handed him over to an UG group.
He had received Rs 40,000 in return from the UG.
Locals rose up in anger and dismantled Ajit's house today around 10 am.
Yairipok police has registered a case with regard to the kidnapping bid, sources said.
