The fourth Festival of Narrative Arts, 2008 would be held at Nambol Sabal Leikai community hall for eight days starting from August 18. With exploration of narrative arts form like Lairik Thiba, Wari Liba, Khongjom Parva and special presentation of Nupi Khubak Eshei, etc being the main features, the festival is being organised by Theatre Centre, Manipur (TCM) since 2005 at different places.
Addressing a press conference in connection with this year's festival at Keishampat here today, TCM president Wareppa Naba said the main objective of the festival is to preserve and popularise the dying narrative arts form of the State.
