Imphal, March 06 2012:
TSE highlights some interesting points on counting day and the election results as well : .
Reporters were not allowed to enter the media centre located at the office of the DC of Imphal East with pens.
The reason : No sharp or pointed articles are allowed within the precinct of the counting place.
This order/restriction was however reverted later.
No mobile phones were allowed either and as an alternative measure a land line was installed, which could not meet the demand of the reporters on duty there.
A case of demand outstripping supply.
