A piece of partially burnt bamboo was also found which was supposed to have been used while burning the body.
Forensic experts collected some remnants of the body to investigate further while the rest were deposited at the Morgue by Kakching Police.

Even though family members of Premila confirmed the body after seeing the remains of clothing and rings, police are yet to officially declare it as that of Premila since certain tests and investigations are needed by forensic experts.
On the other hand, family members of Premila told Hueiyen Lanpao that she was called out by her lover who identified himself as Kshetrimayum Khogendro of Kakching Ningthou Leikai on March 25 at around 8 pm.
Since then, she has been missing.
Initially, they thought that she might have eloped with her lover.
But as they did not get any information from the side of her lover the following day, they enquired about Khogendro at Kakching Ningthou Leikai.
Unfortunately, they could not find any person by that name.
Subsequently, they filed a complaint with Kakching Police Station and a FIR was registered on April 2 .
The phone number which was used by Khogendro was also found to be in the name of a person from Arunachal Pradesh.
They came to know about the body from a report which appeared in Hueiyen Lanpao and comfirmed the body after studying the remains, the family members said.
