Rotary Club extends aid

Imphal, November 24 2013:
Members of Rotary Club of Imphal visited the Tabitha Children Home at Mantripukhri and donated 17 woollen blankets for the inmates today.
Run by Mr.and Mrs.Thangshok, the Home looks after 17 young children living with HIV and AIDS, who have been stigmatised because of the disease in their own villages, with love and affection, according to a statement issued by K Chitra Devi, Director of Community Service of the club.

On the other hand, as part of its regular monthly project, Rotary Club of Polo City organised a progamme for presentation of essential items like water filters, rice, dal tooth brush, paste, stationary items, etc, at Zion Children Home.
