With no positive reply coming up to demand put forward by them, the JN Hospital Employee Welfare Association will go ahead with the proposed series of protests, a statement of the body announced today.
No positive response come up to the representation of the working committee of the Doctors of JN Hospital Employees Welfare Association submitted on November 3 to the chief minister of state who is the president of the JNIMS society, the employees body resolved to go ahead with the series of protest, a statement signed by Dr L Kokindra, secretary, working committee said.
The series of protests include wearing of black badge from tomorrow (November 9), mass casual leaves for four days from November 10 to 13 and mass resignation on November if authority fails to give positive response, the statement added.
During the protest agitations, hospital will remain open and will be run by JNIMS doctors, the statement added.
The decision was arrived at unable to bury further and bear the humiliations meted out to the doctors of JN Hospital during the process of upgradaiton to a medical college, the committee stated.
