'Murder' case of Loitam Richard : Dr Nara presents Richard's case to Sadananda Gowda

Karnataka Chief Minister Sadananda Gowda would meet students from North East in Bangalore within a couple of days in connection with the 'murder' of Richard Loitam.
This was assured to former Minister of Manipur and State CPI leader, Dr M Nara by the Karnataka Chief Minister today during a one-to-one meeting today.
In a telophonic conversation with The Sangai Express today, Dr M Nara said the Karnataka CM had an audience with him for around 30-minute this evening at around 2.15 pm during which he handed over a memorandum written by the father of Richard and some related photographs.
Presenting the case of Richard Loitam to the CM, Dr Nara stressed that it was a clear case of 'murder' .

The CM was reported to have assured to take the matter up with top level police and other officials including the DGP and take possible measures.
The CM was also reported to have told Dr Nara that he would be meeting student leaders of the North East within a couple of days while also inviting Dr Nara to attend the meeting as one of its speakers.
Meanwhile, Dr Nara is scheduled to address a press conference tomorrow at the State Council office of CPI, Karnataka at 11 am.
Later at 4 pm he would meet student leaders of the North East in connection with the death of Richard Loitam.
A State police team led by an SP is already in Bangalore.
