The State is set to give more thrust on power, road, drinking water and health facilities in fixing the Plan size.
Prior to the working group meeting of fixing the State Plan to be held on May 21 and 22 in New Delhi, Chief Secretary DS Poonia convened a meeting of State officials today, said an official source.
DS Poonia directed the officials of different departments to prepare proposals without any loopholes.
The State is eyeing to improve power, road, drinking water and health facilities in the current Plan.
More than 55 high ranking officials of the State Government attended today's meeting, added the source.
Informing that the State Plan size is likely to be fixed in the beginning of the next month, the source said that the State is planning to seek Rs 3680 crore as Plan amount and Rs 1500 crore as Special Plan Amount (SPA) from the Centre for the current fiscal year.
