Rajnath's call to check influx in NE
Assam Tribune | New Delhi, March 2
Warning that if the UPA Government doesn’t reins in illegal infiltration, then the North East will be in flames, BJP’s newly elected national president Rajnath Singh on Saturday advocated time-bound deportation of the illegal migrants and called for effective policy to manage international borders neighbouring the north-eastern States.
Delivering his inaugural address at the three-day meeting of the national executive and national council, the BJP president observed that the Congress party is neither ideologically nor mentally prepared to wage a decisive war against terrorism. “Only BJP is capable of fighting a decisive war against terrorism. The other big threat to internal security is the illegal infiltration in the north-eastern region,” he said.
