Power stations inaugurated in Manipur remote villages
Assam Tribune | Sobhapati Samom | Imphal, Dec 29 -
Manipur Chief Minister Okram Ibobi Singh, accompanied by senior Ministers and MLAs, on Tuesday inaugurated two power sub-stations in two remote villages in Manipur’s Churachandpur district.
Ibobi was airlifted from Imphal along with State Health Minister Phungzathang Tonsing and Irrigation and Flood Control Minister Ngamthang Haokip to the remote villages of Sibapurikhal in Tipaimukh constituency and Sinzawl in Thanlon constituency for the functions which were attended by Parliamentary Secretary Vungzagin Valte, Chairman of Hill Areas Committee Dr Chaltonlien Amo, MLA Ginsuanhao and top officials of the Power department.
