'Northeast has immense potential to do business in clean technologies'

The European Business and Technology Centre (EBTC), a programme co-funded by the European Union (EU) and implemented by the Association of European Chambers of Commerce and Industry (EUROCHAMBRES), suggested that clean technologies and intelligent mining can help in tapping natural resources of northeast without causing any damage to the environment.
"Northeast has a lot of potential for doing business in clean technologies. This is our first visit to the region. First we need to find out what are the requirements of the region. Our focus is on business and research communities. So far our experience in other parts of India has been very encouraging," Jensen said.
