Naga government may step in to end factional clashes

Expressing concern over unabated factional killings among rebel groups in the state, Nagaland home minister G Kaito Aye said if the present trend continues, the state government may have no option but to intervene in the larger interest of the Nagas.
He said, "Yet, we still believe that direct use of force to contain factional clashes may lead to an unwanted situation which may hinder the hard-earned peace process."
