NSF declares non-cooperation with GPRN/NSCN; asks units to comply
Nagaland Post | Dimapur, Jul 7 (NPN)
Offended by the GPRN/NSCN (Khole-Kitovi) for disregarding its ultimatum over the June 25 shooting incident in Kohima which was officially submitted on June 28 and instead responding only through the local dailies, Naga Students Federation (NSF) has declared “non-cooperation” with the GPRN/NSCN and also directed all its units to follow suit.
Reacting to GPRN/NSCN that cease fire was beyond the purview of NSF, the signatories described it as “purely an attempt to belittle the NSF” and ignore its contributions towards Naga nationalism. NSF also expressed its “strongest condemnation” on the attempt of the GPRN/NSCN for “trying to divert the issue” by downplaying it merely as a “tribal and regional matter.”
